FTS Student Council will be collecting donations for Common Sense for Animals through May 26. Donations may be sent in with students. Suggested donations include wet & dry dog/cat food, toys, paper towels, non clumping kitty litter, garbage bags, bleach & laundry detergent.

The Franklin Township School is now accepting applications for summer custodial/maintenance people, to assist with summer cleaning and misc. projects. No prior experience is necessary. Book Fair tonight at Franklin School! Please enter through this door, located at the North (side) Parking lot.

Friday we had the annual Franklin School student vs. staff and parent basketball game. This year our State Police joined in the fun! Thank you PTA and 6th grade parents for sponsoring the event. Proceeds will go to the end of the year activities for our 6th graders before they head off to middle school. Students won the coveted Fireball trophy for this school year!

Charlie Henshaw from the Mecsey-Bishop Post of the American Legion awarded our Franklin 6th graders, Cadence McGinnis and Mia Brown for their essay contest “What Safety Means to Me”. Thank you to the American Legion for sponsoring this contest!

Franklin School celebrated Read Across America week with activities encouraging reading, Family Reading Night, magic show "Reading Wonders" (thank you PTA), and dance party! Thank you to Mrs. Wester and Mrs. Fischer and the student council representatives for hosting the events.

Thank you to Mrs. Wachter and Mr. Purcell for hosting Neon Bowling for Franklin Students! Current WH Bowlers and Franklin alumni came back to help our Fireballs. This was the culminating activity for Student Wellness Week at Franklin School!
